In addition to my work as a photographer and artist, I am also the creator of Kintsugi Chronicles, a project that celebrates the beauty of imperfection and tells the stories of those living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, emphasizing the beauty of the flaws and imperfections. Similarly, Kintsugi Chronicles celebrates the beauty of imperfection and the strength of those who live with chronic illness.
My dream for Kintsugi Chronicles is to build a community for those living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and other chronic illnesses. Through sharing stories of resilience, hope, and strength, I hope to inspire others to see the beauty in their own struggles and to build a community of support and understanding. I believe that everyone's story deserves to be heard and celebrated, and it is my hope that Kintsugi Chronicles can be a platform for sharing and connecting.
